  We always hit up a Spangles when driving through the state. I recommend the kids meal if you're not prepared to gorge yourself with the adult mean portion (HUGE). Good sourdough options. Facility clean enough, but not super friendly (very busy drive thru this evening). Waited 10-15 min for 4 meals. Loved the Oreo ice cream sandwich.

  I gave this Spangles one star only because I've had decent service there before and there was no other option. My last visit, I went through the drive-through. Not only was the server extremely rude, when I got to my place of work, there was a huge hair in my breakfast sandwich. I called the store and, since I was already at work and couldn't come get a new meal, I was promised coupons in the mail. Two weeks later, and I have received nothing. I did an online critique of my meal and again, no response.
  Rude service, defective food, and no corporate follow up? That means Spangles will no longer be getting my business.

  Of all the Spangles in this area the 47th St one is my favorite. Why? It's the cleanest I've found! Not by accident either - whenever business slows a bit there's one or two associates on the floor cleaning tables, booths and floors until they shine - chrome and all. This place gets busy often so they have their work cut out for them.
  
  The Spangles menu presents a wide array of choices; you shouldn't have any problem finding a burger that fits your fancy - and if you're not feeling like one there are several other selections. They also have a breakfast menu that offers interesting options (instead of bland McDonalds wanna-bes).
  
  If you're in the area on Mondays, you're in luck because it's half-price burger night - every Monday evening 5 - 10 PM, from a select menu. I  just had the parmesan bacon cheeseburger, and I savored every bite - what a symphony of flavors! Add their fabulous fries, which you can get with flavored seasonings and you have a great meal.  Bring the whole family, cuz you can afford it here. But don't stop there, there's ice cream with different blends and sizes - or a simple cone if that's what you're feeling; it's cold and tasty.

  Spangles has gone down hill. They're food is not good for the price. They're now charging to put seasoning  on your fries and now they're advertising free sriracha sauce, which they will soon be charging for. Who does that?

  Was once a great place.
  I lived in Wichita between 2003 & 2006 & Spangles was my favorite place to eat. I've since moved away, but have always visited family in Wichita regularly.
  
  Something unfortunate has happened to this place. Likely, a change in management. My last several visits have been highly disappointing. & my last visit: I literally feel ripped off.
  
  I'm never going there again.
